Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may extend during collection launches or high-volume periods. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Priam Permes is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses. Packages returned due to address errors will require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Delivery and Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, liability for the package lies with the carrier. Priam Permes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Any delivery issues should be directed to the carrier using the tracking number provided.

All items are shipped in Priam Permes packaging designed to protect the product and uphold our brand’s presentation standards.

International Shipping
